Before joining Toolbox, Ben worked in retail for over 7 years. Throughout this time he gained 4 years retail marketing experience, and a CIM recognised Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing. If there’s something he’s learnt along the way, it’s that delivering second-to-none customer service is one of the keys to success and he reflects this in every campaign he delivers for our clients. Ben will take time to understand your customers and understand your objectives, allowing him to create campaigns which are the perfect solution for your centre.
Chloe is responsible for the day-to-day workflow of our products and services to ongoing client challenges, whether that is for a B2B or B2C audience, for Toolbox Marketing or for Mallcomm. Having started as an Account Executive 8 years ago, Chloe has worked in every aspect of the shopping centre marketing mix and therefore has a detailed understanding of what is required in the UK, across Europe and in the US.
With over 7 years industry experience and a degree in Graphic Communications, Daniella became part of the Toolbox Marketing family in November 2019, bringing extra creativity, a passion for all things design and a love for idea generation. Daniella develops brands and creates distinctive visual communication for a wide variety of channels and clients in the UK, across Europe and in the US.
With over 4 years marketing experience, Ellie successfully partners with shopping centres to help grow their brand. Ellie continues to provide clients with innovative and creative ideas and understands what truly drives engagement, footfall, retailer sales and sold-out launches. What makes Ellie different from other Account Manager’s is her dedication to her clients. Ellie was shortlisted for Young Achiever of the Year and Rising Star.
Fran is responsible for delivering engaging content across all social media platforms on behalf of our clients. Having previously worked in customer-facing roles, Fran endeavours to find the balance between what the client wants to say and what the audience wants to see or hear, using her creative skills to facilitate this.
Kim has been with Toolbox Group for over 12 years and has a depth of experience in the shopping centre industry. She enjoys any challenge thrown her way. Kim is responsible for putting on unforgettable events. From fashion shows to food festivals, from kids’ clubs to entrepreneurial markets – when it comes to the customer experience, she makes the best ideas come to life.
Liana is responsible for developing brands and creating distinctive and compelling visual communication for a wide variety of clients both in the UK, across Europe and in the US. There is no B2B or B2C channel that Liana hasn’t created powerful and engaging visuals for. Liana says what makes different from other creatives is her enthusiasm for each project she undertakes and her ability to approach tasks objectively to create appropriate, engaging designs.
Nicole takes time to focus on creating strong relationships with tenants. By creating relationships, Nicole is able to deliver strong and current successful campaigns. Nicole’s attention to detail allows her to truly understand brands, which allows her to deliver innovative content. Nicole studied PR and Advertising at the University of Derby and was awarded a First Class Hons. Nicole then went on to achieve a first Masters degree in Marketing Management.
